Trish Carver’s journey weaves together education, ministry, and athletics, uniting leadership and soul work into a path of authentic transformation.

Tricia Carver

I grew up beside the sea and my life has always moved like the tide. I was raised in a fiercely loving independent community and eagerly took my assigned place in the collective. I took pride in becoming the person I was taught to be. I worked hard, competed, succeeded and strove for excellence. I grew strong on my accomplishments, proud of my leadership and impact in the fields of education, ministry and athletics.

My work and educational experience is as diverse as my interests – first as a middle-school Spanish teacher, then to seminary and the priesthood, and finally to collegiate athletics administration and coaching.  Throughout these varied environments, I have always felt the underlying tension in people between who they are expected to be and who they truly are. In the ebb tides of my own life, I felt the same tension in me.  Something deep within was asking for more.

Resonance Repatterning helped me peel back the layers of expectation and charter a path back to myself.  This modality has given me endless gifts – healing from a painful divorce, discovery of my vast inner resources and the courage to grieve.  It has helped free me from the bonds of self-consciousness and fear and allowed me to own who I truly am.

Though scary at first, giving myself permission to live authentically transformed me personally and professionally.  Bringing my gifts of empowering and uniting individuals, teams, groups and institutions to my work resulted in both personal fulfillment and professional success. I have implemented several women’s leadership programs, changed the collegiate culture for women and built a strong winning volleyball program based on the principles of valuing each team member for their unique contribution to the whole. I am passionate about helping people unlock and nurture their unlimited potential.

My philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that true growth and achievement come from a place of self-love, healing, and embracing our own unique stories. I am passionate about guiding others on their path to wellness, assisting them to unlock their full potential and become all they want to be and more.  My approach is heart-centered and rooted in the ability to see people as they truly are and work together to guide them toward their own wholeness.  I bring all of myself to this work, including the insights of my own journey, my intuition, and my ability to see people’s gifts. I am here to hold space for you, both for where you are and where you wish to go. I believe there is no pain that cannot be healed or integrated and that no matter what we have experienced, our truest, untouched essence is within.

Through Resonance Repatterning I reconnected to my authenticity, power and purpose. My life is richer and more joyful than I could have imagined possible. I now see the full value in challenges as opportunities. A person who empowers and unites individuals, teams and institutions, I love to work with all people, but my areas of specialty include:
